生米未煮成熟飯Valencaian Paella
中國人吃米飯習慣把米飯煮得香透,但西班牙及意大利人偏愛把米飯煮至未完全熟透,帶點生硬。在Granada的Hostel Oasia每晚都有註場大廚煮不同款式的Paella西班牙燴飯。下午坐在花園跟其他背包客吹水時,見到廚師即場煮大鑊飯,真係好香!
