各方好友, 原來倒數最後14天, 時間過得真快, 除了簽證、保險、機票已辦妥, 其餘呢, 無一完成, 失敗呢。唯約朋友吃暫別飯局較成功, 差不多晚晚有約, 哈哈。
未做的事:
執行李, 最考工夫, 怎樣把未來一年要用的、穿的、讀的、敷在臉上的等, Pack進20kg的大背包呢!!
買Netbook, 應該是 Samsung N140吧! 等星期五去 Time Square 買
買Padlock, usb轉插等雜物
到埗後才著手找個瓦遮頭, 再留個地址給你; 我預計直到明天初仍會留在München, 所以我十分歡迎每位將會到訪Deutschland都來跟我見一面, 甚至借宿一宵也不成問題呢!熟悉我的朋友該知道我也會把握Deutschland優勢, 未來一年會盡抽空, 放假也寧願唔訓, 歐遊, 近有近去, 遠有遠去, 所以未來一年會歐遊的朋友們, 不妨拿出你的Schedule夾一夾呢。

In connection with the occupation of Hong Konger of participant of the Working Holiday of program frequently ambiguity arises regarding the social security-legal situation at future employers. This instruction card is to contribute to facilitate for employers the employment of participants of the Working Holiday of program.
1. References to the holidays residence program
Since that 1 July 2009 exists on agreement between the federal Republic OF Germany and the Hongk Kong SAR on the basis OF mutuality more over A holidays residence program.
A goal of the agreement is it to make and to contribute to the promotion of the mutual understanding between both countries young hongkonger citizens of views of the culture and the everyday life life possible in Deutschland.
Hong Konger citizens, who are in the possession of a visa for a holidays work stay, may itself in Germany for one year, counted of the time of the beginning of the validity of the visa on, stop and since that to 1.7.2009 during the entire duration of their stay for the purpose of the addition of your travel means or a vocational advanced training of an occupation to follow, however not longer than three months at the same employer.
2.Social security right and tax law
In social security right and tax law regard the Hongs Konger participants of the Working Holiday of program stand for the German employees directly. No separate regulations are valid for the tax liability regarding the guard, the social security and pension obligation as well as.
During the employment of Hong Konger participants of the Working Holiday of program is from there as to be differentiated also at German employees between the slight occupation according to ∮ 8SGB IV and the normal occupation according to ∮ 7SGB IV. If the employee is employed during one period of more than two months per calendar year or if the pay from the occupation exceeds regularly 400 € in the month, it is after also the regulations valid for German employees social security and taxable. For this the employee must submit a tax card, which is to be requested both responsible municipality.

揀飲擇食
(一)雖然偏食是個壞習慣,但是我老是戒不掉,還是比以前更嚴重。這倒是難為了你吧!
如常地到尖沙咀某間越南餐廳晚飯,點了「例牌」,乃是手撕雞飯及鮮茄牛尾湯飯,還叮囑手撕雞和酸汁分開上;唉!叮囑還叮囑,店員總是無心裝載,上菜時一碟倒上酸汁的手撕雞飯呈現在我眼前。方知我已嚴重到一個望見聽見聞到已怕了!當然我跟店員說:「怎麼有酸汁?」店員才夢醒「是吧!要分開酸汁跟手撕雞!」喃喃自語「我用水沖走吧!」「吓!」難道我真的要開口說「請換另一碟給我吧,我真的十分怕酸汁!」這些話我開不了口。
一會兒,店員再次呈上手撕雞,另上酸汁,已起了疑心的我,不會再次相信,加上店員亦說只會用水沖走;酸味是沖不走的。我當然可以避免食手撕雞,因為我還有香濃的牛尾湯飯及墨魚餅(是日特價小食);但沒有理由吧!又不是我的錯,怎麼我要白白少嘗了一味呢?硬著頭皮,仔細的檢查,我認為最安全的一條就挾起,一小口舕著,酸!味道始終逃離不過我那條敏感的舌頭啊!
(二)沙律醬,是最高危的。
麥當勞,一號的魚柳包餐是我從來都不能選的,就是因為內有沙律醬。我以為快餐店是不會提供tailor - made的,直至有次排隊時心想又吧豬柳蛋漢堡之際,前面食客點「一號餐,魚柳包走醬.唔該!」吓!原來有「走醬」這service?於是那天是我一生人第一次嚐魚柳包。你知嗎,tailor - made的魚柳包是特別可口,魚柳是剛煎起的,上面鋪上被溶化芝士,加上「軟熟」的麵包,魚柳包走醬真的美味啊!以後麥當勞我還可以點脆香雞腿包,麥香雞等。
除了酸系列,沙律醬,我還有一大堆不吃的東西,包括提子,菠蘿,未煮熟的菜,壽司,五香肉丁,回鍋肉,茄汁,喼汁...
